1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If users do not agree, they must refrain from using the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

This platform is intended solely for cybersecurity education, training, and competitive Capture The Flag challenges. All activities must remain within the scope of the platform and adhere to ethical and legal standards.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of their credentials, and ensure that all activities conducted through the platform are lawful and ethical. Users are responsible for all actions performed under their accounts.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to disrupt the platform, gain unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities outside intended challenges, share flags during active competitions, or engage in any form of cheating or misconduct.

5. Compliance with Indian IT Act

Users acknowledge that any unauthorized access, hacking attempts, system interference, identity theft, or misuse of digital resources may constitute offenses under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. The platform reserves the right to cooperate with investigations and provide necessary data as required by law.

6. Competition Integrity and Monitoring

The platform continuously monitors activity to ensure fair competition. Any suspicious behavior, including automated attacks, brute-force attempts, or unauthorized collaboration, may lead to investigation and enforcement action.

7. Disqualification Policy

Users may be disqualified for violating rules, engaging in unethical practices, or attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities. Disqualification decisions are final and binding.

8. Platform Exploitation Clause

Participants are strictly prohibited from targeting the platform infrastructure, APIs, or administrative systems. Any attempt to exploit such systems beyond the intended challenge scope will be treated as a serious violation and may result in legal action.

9. Academic and Institutional Compliance

Where the platform is used within an academic environment, participants must adhere to institutional codes of conduct and academic integrity policies. Misconduct, including plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or misuse of the platform, may be reported to the affiliated institution for disciplinary action.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including challenges, design, and materials, is the intellectual property of Agamya Cyber Tech. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Prize and Reward Policy

Where applicable, prizes are awarded based on leaderboard rankings and adherence to rules. The platform reserves the right to verify results and revoke prizes in cases of misconduct. All decisions are final.

12. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss, downtime, or technical issues arising from platform use.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agamya Cyber Tech from any claims arising due to misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time for security, operational, or legal reasons without prior notice.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka and may be subject to arbitration where applicable.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including cyberattacks, network failures, or natural disasters.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
